Brahmi is an Ayurvedic Medhya Rasayan. It helps improve memory and intellect. Brahmi helps keep mental well-being, alleviates stress and anxiety. Brahmi helps improve mental capacities of children, working skills of young adults and memory problems of elderly.
- Useful as a nervine tonic

Each Brahmi Tablet contains 500 mg of pure Brahmi
- 1 to 2 Tablets 2 to 3 times a day with milk or lukewarm water.
- As a nervine tonic in adults: 2 tablets 2 times a day with turmeric milk and cow Ghee.
- As a memory enhancer in adults: 1 or 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily alongwith milk and pure cow Ghee.
- For stress and anxiety in adults: 2 to 3 tablets 2 to 3 times a day with Saraswatarishta (20 ml. i.e. 4 teaspoonful)
- To promote sound sleep in adults: 2 tablets with Ashvagandharishta (20 ml i.e. 4 teaspoonful)
