Each 10 ml contains extract derived from Jeeraka (Shveta) (Cuminum cyminum) Fr. 4434.590 mg, Dhataki (Woodfordia fruticosa) Fl. 354.767 mg, Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) Rz. 44.346 mg, Jatiphala (Myristica fragrans) Sd. Enm., Musta (Cyperus rotundus) Rz., Ela (Sookshma) (Elettaria cardamomum) Sd., Tvakpatra (Cinnamomum tamala) Lf., Tvak (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) Inner St. Bk., Nagakeshara (Mesua ferrea) Stm., Yavani (Trachyspermum ammi) Fr., Kankola (Piper cubeba) Fr., Lavanga (Syzygium aromaticum) Fl. Bd. each 22.173 mg and Guda 6651.885 mg.

The Bhasma prepared from 'Suvarnamakshik' which has mainly 'Loha' acts as Rasayan, Raktaprasadak, Pittashamak, Stambhak, Balya, Yogavahi. Useful in Amlapitta by reducing Sama, Drava guna of Pitta. Acts as Hrudbalya in symptoms like palpitation, etc.
Excellent Pittashamak, Dahashamak, Sheetal Bhasma prepared from red coloured stone i.e. Pravala (Coral). It reduces Teekshna, Ushna, Amla qualities of Pitta. It is effective in Raktapitta due to Raktaprasadan, Raktastambhak activity. Nourishes Asthidhatu.
Excellent Raktavardhak i.e. Haematinic, Kaphanashak, Balya Bhasma prepared by one of the best type of Lohas i.e. 'Kantaloha'. In Panduroga increases RBC content by acting on liver, helps in proper secretion of Pitta.
Hajarul Yahood Bhasma is prepared from an earthy substance also known as 'Badarashma'. It is excellent Mootral, Ashmaribhedan-patan. Effective in dissolving urinary calculi & flushing it through urinary tract.
